Double sides laminated magnet

It is made of rubber magnet with PVC on the magnetized side, Adhesive backed on the non-magnetized side.
The PVC side could be other printable films, like PP, PET or others.
It can stick on flat wall directly after peeling the releasing paper off.
Meanwhile, any ferrous printing films could be put on the magnetized PVC side directly.
It can be easily folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic property of the magnet.
It also has excellent machinability and can be easily drilled, punched, scissor cut, knives cut and die cut.
This type of magnet has the best flexibility characteristics of any permanent magnetic materials.

Material is available in Isotropic, Semi-anisotropic and Anisotropic grade.
Material is available in cut sheets and rolls.
We can die cut the material to any shapes or sizes according to your requirement.
We make magnetization during the production upon customers’ request.
Standard width is 60/62/100/102/120/122/127cm, thickness is from 0.3mm to 3mm.
Standard length is 10/15/20/30/40M, meanwhile, we can make jumbo rolls too, like 200/300/400M.
Customized dimensions are also available upon request.
